Every treatment we install can be configured with your preferred lift and control system. Manual options are elegant and reliable; motorized systems add automation, voice control, and smart-home scheduling.
Manual systems
Motorized systems
Rechargeable & wired motors
Choose a USB-rechargeable motor (no wiring required) or a hardwired motor for permanent, maintenance-free operation in high-use rooms.
Smart-home compatible
Native integration with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa. Set schedules, use voice commands, or control from anywhere via app.
Dual-layer zebra control
Motorized zebra shades let you glide between a sheer light-filtering layer and a solid privacy layer with a single button press — no cords, no tilt wands.
Material quality control
We carry only the fabrics and mechanisms we'd put in our own homes. Every material is hand-selected for Bay Area light conditions, humidity ranges, and longevity.
Blocks UV and glare while preserving your outside view. Openness factor determines how much light and visibility you retain.
Blackout-lined fabrics block 99%+ of incoming light — ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, and media rooms.
Single, double, and triple-cell honeycomb structures trap air and reduce heat transfer, cutting energy costs year-round in the Bay Area climate.
Real wood adds warmth to living spaces; faux-wood handles high humidity in kitchens and baths without warping or cracking.
Questions & answers
Our standard turnaround is under 10 business days from your free in-home consultation — we call it our 10-Day Turnaround commitment. Because we manage production and installation directly from our Palo Alto facility, we eliminate the 4–6 week retail delays typical of showroom-based companies.
A specialist visits your home with fabric and material samples, reviews your goals and budget, then laser-measures each window to the millimeter. You receive a clear, itemized quote before we leave — no surprises, no pressure. We re-verify every measurement before manufacturing begins.
Manual treatments (cord, cordless, top-down/bottom-up) are operated by hand and are ideal for rooms where you want simplicity and lower cost. Motorized treatments use a rechargeable or wired motor, controlled by a remote, wall switch, or smart-home app (Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa). Motorized options are recommended for hard-to-reach windows, skylights, large panels, and any room where you want scheduled automation.
We carry a curated range including light-filtering solar screen (1–5% openness factor), room-darkening fabric, full blackout backing, natural linen weaves, faux wood, real wood, and dual-layer zebra constructions. We bring physical samples to your consultation so you can evaluate colour and opacity against your actual light conditions.
Every installation is backed by our workmanship guarantee with no expiry — if the brackets, hardware, or installation fails, we fix it at no charge. All products carry the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 3–5 years on motors, 2–3 years on fabric and hardware). We handle all warranty claims on your behalf.
Yes. Arched windows, bay windows, skylights, sliding doors, and recessed frames are all within scope. Our installers carry extended mounting hardware and custom bracket solutions for structural openings that standard off-the-shelf treatments cannot accommodate. We assess each opening during the consultation.
Absolutely — whole-home projects are a speciality. We schedule a single consultation to assess all rooms, then coordinate production and installation in logical phases so you're not living in a construction zone. Volume projects also benefit from consolidated factory runs, which can reduce per-unit cost.
Yes. We proudly serve Fremont, Hayward, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, and surrounding Bay Area communities from our Palo Alto warehouse.
